Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the administration and liaisons of sales contracts and maintenance agreements.
- Responsible for the continuity of service contracts through supporting operations with customer requirements, timely.
- Ensure that the terms and conditions will protect the interest of the company whilst continuing to keep up to date contractual terms and format with customers.
- Proactively engages customers to foster good working relationships.
- Strive for achieving competitive maintenance rates for every contract renewal.
- Strive for continuous process improvements.
- Expansion of maintenance portfolio through recapture and acquisition.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports to Key Management personnel.
- Manage of Accounts Receivables collections.
- Any other ad-hoc matters/issues assigned by the Dept Head/Manager.
