Job description

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will be the Finance business partner to various functions of the utilities business in Singapore.


Key Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Support and liaison with operations, maintenance and commercial functions of the utilities business
  • Perform monthly and ad-hoc management reporting, including analysis of operations and commercial drivers to financial results
  • Perform annual budget and monthly financial forecast from planning to delivery
  • Track financial results between actuals, budget, historical and forecast
  • Support ad-hoc requests of financial data of various dimensions
  • Contribute to digital systems implementation, including requirements definition and development of content


Requirements and attributes

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of working experience with strong understanding of full set of accounts
  • Interest in utilities plant operations
  • Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and resourceful, with strong problem solving and execution capability
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly, meeting tight deadlines
  • Team player who can work independently
  • Good knowledge in accounting related systems, preferably SAP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
