WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the leader of an Artificial Intelligence team in Singapore you will :
- Drive the development and productive deployment of Machine Learning Services deliver business value with the help of data-driven services.
- You will lead a newly established team of motivated Data Engineers and Data Scientists.
- Your role will provide the opportunity to build state of the art Artificial Intelligence solutions accelerating all of SAP’s customers’ support needs and improve support efficiencies across all of SAP’s products. In addition, it will be central to scaling the delivery of potentially AI services.
- Within this role you have the unique opportunity to work with real-world, productive data sets. In addition, you get to work with the latest technologies such as Transformers, Large Language Models (GPT) and Cloud Technologies all with the purpose to create impact for all of SAP’s customers and the SAP support ecosystem.
- Your goal is to ensure that the solutions delivered are not only consistent and compliant but also add measurable value to our customer support business.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a passion for innovation and data-driven solutions paired with strong people management skills and a natural ability to lead and motivate their team.
The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Additionally, they should be able to work collaboratively with others across departments
Ideal candidates have the following experience/skills.
- Experience in delivering and productizing enterprise-grade data-driven solutions.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Development management experience ideally of AI/ML solutions
- Software support experience is a plus.

We are a Data Science and Technology focused team and we have established a data lake platform used by more than 150 Data Scientist in Service and Support. The team’s mission is to improve, automate, and transform the customer support business of SAP using Machine Learning and Data-driven Innovation.
