Job Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Support:
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of the overall IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with the infrastructure team to optimize server configurations and virtualization technologies.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and conduct proactive maintenance to prevent issues.
- Implement and manage storage solutions to meet the organization's data requirements.
Network Support:
- Administer and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, ensuring optimal network performance.
- Collaborate with offshore security teams to implement and enforce network security policies.
- Design and implement network upgrades and expansions to accommodate business growth.
- Perform regular network audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
WMS & Machine Integration Support and Maintenance:
- Participate in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Warehouse Management System.
- Effectively supports & collaborates with cross-functional teams in optimizing the Receiving, Binning, Picking & Packing processes.
- Provide training and support to warehouse staff on utilizing the WMS effectively.
- Monitor, maintain & troubleshoot of machines, robotics, & automated systems to ensure smooth functioning.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to manage machine repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
- Generate reports & insights to support decision-making for optimizing warehouse processes and machine performance.
Job Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering, or related discipline.
- Certification in ITIL, RHCE, CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Microsoft and network related will be an advantage.
Technical skill and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, and MNC preferred.
- Proven track record in Tier two IT support.
- Hands-on experience in system (Windows, Linux) & network (Cisco, PaloAlto) support are preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in ERP or WMS is a plus.
- Sound knowledge in IP-Phone, SD-WAN, Aruba AP, will be advantage.
