- Industry/Organization Type: Supplier of Centrifugal Pumps
- Position Title: Mechanical Engineer
- Working Location: Nearest MRT – Joo Koon/Gul Circle
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3,600 + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate technical updates and product launches to customers, addressing their concerns by providing all necessary information.
- Respond to customer queries and problems, resolving issues that exceed the support unit’s capabilities.
- Liaise with pump suppliers or factories to offer technical and sales support to customers.
- Communicate customer complaints about faulty pumps or parts to suppliers for resolution.
- Manage the VXS pump selection software, digitizing and uploading all pump curves, dimension drawings, and spare parts lists.
- Develop and update marketing materials, including new catalogues, technical drawings, and operation manuals.
- Provide sales support by preparing GA drawings, generating performance curves, and creating technical datasheets.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Candidates with experience in technical and sales support will be advantageous
