Clinic Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Perform front desk duties including including registration, appointment scheduling, cashiering duties
2. Prepare and dispense medications to patients
3. Attend to walk-in/ phone enquiries
4. Perform chaperone duties
5. Assist doctors during medical procedures such as nebulisation
6. Support doctors in language translation when needed
7. Maintenance of patient records and drug inventory
8. Carry out daily general housekeeping to maintain cleanliness of clinic
9. Demonstrates service oriented quality and meticulousness in daily work

Qualifications:

1. GCE N/O Level, NITEC
2. Basic computer skills
3. Previous customer facing job in healthcare/ hospitality experience is preferred
4. Ability to speak Mandarin and Malay is preferred as staff will be required communicate to non English speaking patients

Salary:

1. $11/hr

Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 1.30pm

Sat, Sun and PH: 9am - 1pm
