Customer Services (Airfreight)
Salary: $2300 - $2800
Working Hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri), 9am-1pm(Sat)
Location: Airport Cargo Road
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of import and export documents
- Handle enquirers from customers, via telephone or email for transportation by air and sea, and provide quotation
- Manage day-to day operation and transaction
- Good communication with internal/external parties to ensure correct understanding on different services requirement.
- Strictly follow company standard operations procedures
- Handle the key account customers according to SOP's and escalate special cases to Department Manager in a timely manner
- Provide report and statistic to key account customers on a daily/monthly basis
Requirements:
- Shipping acknowledge include INCOTERMS
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS office
- Willing to learn and fastener
- Must have initiative, positive attitude and able to work under pressure
- Relevant experience in Freight Forwarder will be an added advantage
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
