Responsibilities:
Administrative:
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Address employee conflicts and administer disciplinary action as needed.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies.
- Ensure the quality of food and supplies meets standards.
Operational:
- Customer Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and improve service quality.
- Quality Control:
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulation
- Facility Management: Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant.
Coordinate repairs and renovations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma/ degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
