Minimum Qualifications
- High School Certificate/Diploma certificate
Minimum Experience
- 2 years’ experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role in the region

- Attention to detail with diligent follow up, and able to execute in a timely manner
- Effective communicator at different levels, both orally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills to aid in daily contact with customers in a diverse multi-cultural environment
- Computer literate and willingness to learn
- Attentiveness, able to listen effectively and ask questions
- A team player, willing to support colleagues to deliver results
- Good customer service
- Skilled in multi-tasking and handling pressure.
- Organizational ability, of self and others with impeccable office administration skills.
- Arabic speaking, reading and writing is mandatory.
