We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Engineer to lead and execute our solar projects.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
· End to end execution of solar projects.
· Conduct site visits, site feasibility, design, and install solar power system.
· Manage from pre-to-post-construction, site acceptance test and handover of solar power system to customer.
· Contact point between the company and customer during construction stage.
· Conduct engineering site audits to collect structural, electrical, and related site information for use in the design of commercial and industrial solar power systems.
· Design the layout of the solar panels and various support electrical equipment.
· Perform computer simulation of solar photovoltaic (PV) generation system performance or energy production to optimize efficiency.
· Create checklists for review or inspection of completed solar installation projects.
· Complete assigned projects on schedule and within budget.
· Cold calling potential customers and identify & engage potential prospects.
· Plan, implement and monitor marketing activities to ensure relevant targets are achieved
· Manage the monthly billing and O&M for existing projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in engineering discipline (electrical/renewable engineering is preferred) from a reputable university.
· Good technical understanding about solar PV system.
· Minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience in solar field is preferred.
· Project management experience in engineering and construction is a must.
· Knowledge in energy modelling software (PVSyst, Helioscope) and AutoCAD.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong negotiation and resolution skills.
