Generating works orders or purchase order (on behalf of the engineers) using the Corporation’s internal systems
Processing monthly payments for various projects assigned by the Client representative
Keeping track of Client officer’ training hours and assisting to apply courses on their behalf
Keeping and filing minutes of meetings, contact notes and discussions
Making purchase of plans and drawings (off site)
Carry out daily administrative works as directed by SO and/or Client management and/or appointed RO, e.g. printing, binding, filing and registering of documents, data entry, shredding of documents etc
Converting of files and images to the relevant format as instructed
Housekeeping of data, books and files (both hard and soft copies)
Assist SO and/or Client management and/or appointed RO to coordinate meetings and managing meeting calendars/invites.
Arrange logistic details for meetings and events (for example, to book meeting room, get refreshment, etc.)
Minimally GCE 'O' Level / SPM holders, GCE 'A' Level / STPM / UEC holders and ITE graduates
Must have good knowledge of using outlook to reply emails and good knowledge of using Microsoft Office software’s, i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
The candidate must be able to multi-task and complete his works according to the timeline stipulated by the SO and SO Rep
