Responsibilities
- Excel in sourcing and purchasing products online from China, such as Taobao
- Cultivate relationships with KOLs for UGC to amplify brand messaging and enhance product awareness.
- Identify and foster partnerships for potential brand collaborations.
- Spearhead social media content initiatives and drive measurable results across various platforms.
- Manage online advertising campaigns, including budget oversight and maximising ROI through strategic resource allocation.
- Coordinate the creation of brand and product packages for marketing campaigns aimed at driving sampling and awareness.
- Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing activities across multiple channels, inducing digital, social media, print, and events.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide support to address their queries.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required
- Proven track record in digital marketing, with experience in Meta and Google Ads
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing
- At least 3-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably from the FMCG industry
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Display agility, ability to resolve challenges and make progress
- Knowledge in pet products will be advantages
