Responsibilities:
Equipment/Machinery Repair, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance:
- Conduct testing of equipment and systems.
- Perform repair works on equipment and systems.
- Document testing, maintenance, and repair activities in accordance with organizational procedures.
- Monitor the condition of equipment and systems.
- Perform housekeeping of tools after maintenance and repairs.
Preventive Maintenance:
- Carry out functional and performance tests as required.
- Check the operation of equipment, components, and systems.
- Calibrate and adjust equipment, components, and systems.
- Execute the replacement of faulty equipment, securing them according to specifications and organizational procedures.
Emergency Response:
- Follow emergency response plans and relevant safety procedures.
- Respond to emergencies within 2 hours upon urgent calls as an emergency response team member.
Housekeeping Standards:
- Conduct thorough cleaning of equipment during decommissioning, shrink-wrapping equipment before storing it in the warehouse.
- Clean equipment thoroughly before commissioning for redeployment.
Other Responsibilities:
- Provide maintenance services to HQ, all factories, and sites (roaming job).
- Support festive projects.
- Assist the Supervisor in maintaining, updating, and tallying store equipment.
- Manage the movement of equipment as required by Management.
- Undertake any assignments as required by Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in the engineering field.
- Minimum Nitec or certificate in engineering.
- Availability for 24/7 standby and rotating shift work.
- Self-motivated individual with integrity.
