The Job:
- Ensure that all preventive maintenance programs and schedules for M&E and building services are effective in place and executed
- Ensure all services are maintained and managed in full compliance with all statutory requirements and by-laws
- Coordinate with the marketing team on tenancy-related works such as handing over/taking over units, processing tenants’s fit-out works
- Carry out regular surveys and inspections of building works and fixtures and where appropriate make recommendations for renewal or replacements with full specifications and scope of work
- Supervise and manage all maintenance staff reporting to you
The Requirements:
- Min Diploma Holder with min 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
