We are a small medium sized timber door installation company located at North of Singapore, seeking for a perm/contract part-time admin staff.
Job Opening:
- Seeking a part-time admin support to provide administrative and procurement support to our team
- Work day: Mon to Thur (4 days a week, negotiable)
- Working hrs: 9.30am to 6.30pm
- Salary: $1600/mth
Job Qualifications:
- Min. GCE'O'/'N' level/ ITE in any disclipine
- Prefer have at least 1 year related working experience in HR, Admin or Accounting roles
- Knows Microsoft Office
- Able to write and speak affluent English
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform admin support in purchasing related tasks, including inventory control
- Provides daily general admin support to HR & Admin, including collating of reports
- Perform ad-hoc duties necessary for carrying out the departments objectives
