Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our team. As Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordination and leading tasks and staff, establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure in quality, on time, and in budget delivery of projects and services that ensure we exceed the needs of our customers and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Delegating tasks to employees and partners best positioned to complete them
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Serve as pont of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Communicate with stakeholders to keep the projects aligned with their goals
- Perform quality control and risk management reviews of projects through development to maintain the standards expected
- Adjust schedules and targets on projects as needs or financing for project change
- Master excellent project change management
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Project Management and as Scrum Master
- Familiarity with PMI, Prince2, Agile methodologies
- Experience in planning, decision making, critical thinking, time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
