You will be part of the Client Advisory Team and directly reporting to our Head of Business Client Advisory Service, APAC. As a Business Client Services Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with our valued clients across the Asia Pacific region and support them during their lifecycle as a client You will be part of a fast-moving and growing organization, facing various tasks, taking over ownership of projects, and getting the opportunity to grow.
Responsible:
- Provide excellent service for existing and new customers
- Smoothly manage, solve, and complete all incoming requests from clients
- Ensure a seamless onboarding for new clients onto our platform
- Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts
- Conduct client platform training (interactive and remote)
- Maintain, document, analyze and improve existing workflows and processes
- Integrating with the global client services team to ensure that global policies are implemented in the region and that regional experience leads to improved global policies
- Oversee various project stages (product development; process implementation; regulatory/compliance; complex client setups, integration, or workflows)
- Participation in quality assurance by testing our full range of products and various new features on our platform
- Close interaction and cooperation with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Legal, Technical Client Advisory Services, Accounting, IT, etc.)
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree, ideally in a Finance and/or Computing-based discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in eSupport / Client services / Middle office / Back office of a Financial Institution or other FX or e-treasury environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of insight and accuracy, as well as good organizational and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic about providing high-quality service to our clients.
- Ability to explain technical terms and information about products to a variety of audiences, namely clients and internal teams.
