- Provide comprehensive administrative support to project executives and senior management.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones; track progress against deadlines.
- Assist in budget management and expense tracking for projects and executive activities.
- Coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documentation as needed.
- Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating project-related activities and events.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Conduct research and compile data to support project initiatives and decision-making.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Preferred Skills:
- Degree / Diploma in Business Management / Information Technology
- Strong organisation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and office applications
- Experience in project management or supporting project teams.
