Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support our Program Manager in managing critical project activities. This role is key in aiding the Agile team with change management, improving system processes, and coordinating SIT and UAT phases.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Manager with project management tasks.
- Collaborate with the Agile team to implement changes during SIT and UAT.
- Improve system processes across integrated systems.
- Develop and execute SIT test strategies.
- Manage end-to-end UAT coordination.
- Address issues, bugs, and change requests from SIT/UAT.
- Handle stakeholder escalations.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Agile principles.
- Expertise in digital technologies and development trends.
- Experience in project management with IT products.
- Skilled in SIT and UAT processes.
- Scrum Master certification.
- SAFe certification or training is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, IT, or Engineering.
- 5+ years in an enterprise-level technology organization.
- Proven experience in IT project management and testing.
