The Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to Service Department
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Answer calls from internal and external parties regarding their inquiries
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports and emails
What It Takes:
· Minimum O’ level with at least 1 year of relevant work experience
· Good PC skills and familiar with Microsoft Office
· Customer Service Experience
· Some basic technical knowledge will be plus point
· Energetic and positive team player
