Job Scope
- Formulate and enforce financial policies and procedures to ensure adherence to accounting standards and HQ directives.
- Supervise the company's processes for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Deliver financial analyses and recommendations to the executive team to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Oversee cash management operations, including cash flow forecasting and administration.
- Handle relationships with external entities, such as banks, auditors, and investors.
- Lead the finance team, ensuring all financial activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or relevant professional certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
