In this role, you'll be responsible for:
· Coordinating the Representative Notification Framework process:You'll ensure key timelines are met and cases are managed effectively, adhering to all relevant regulations and controls.
· Providing exceptional customer service: You'll handle customer queries promptly and efficiently, ensuring their needs are met and feedback is addressed effectively.
· Maintaining accurate employee data: You'll manage employee database changes, actively engaging with HR teams to ensure accurate administration and data maintenance of staff records.
· Driving process improvements: You'll actively identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce duplication, and enhance efficiency within the team.
· Ensuring compliance: You'll uphold HR policies and Group compliance and regulatory requirements in all operational processes.
· Providing ad hoc support: You'll be prepared to tackle any additional HR operations tasks as needed.
To be successful, you'll ideally have:
· Min Diploma/ Degree in human resources or a business-related field, or equivalent experience.
· Basic knowledge of general HR policies.
· Strong communication skills, honed in a high-volume environment.
· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
· Ability to adapt to different work procedures and operational guidelines.
· Understanding of local regulatory requirements.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Experience with SuccessFactors (desirable).
