Responsibilities
- In-charged of all therapy services
- Assess clients’ condition during admission and formulate therapy treatment for clients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for complex case discussions
- Follow-up/ Conduct periodic review on clients’ condition
- Conduct individual and group therapy treatments
- Ensure proper documentation of therapy records
- Participate in in-house training
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Occupational Therapy
- AHPC Registered
- Candidate with at least 2 year of experience is preferred
- Experience in Home nursing industry is an advantage
