Work Hours:
Mondays to Thursdays: 9.00am to 6.00pm , inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
Fridays: 9.00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
Contract period:

Reception
- Attend to phone calls and walk in enquires.
- Attend to unwell students
- Provide administrative support to stakeholders.
- Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the Reception Area at all times
General Administration
- Manage the loan and returns of college attires and blazers and
maintain the loan records.
- Manage the borrowing and returning of keys.
- Assist to count, sort, pack and distribute college materials.
- Maintain the forms in the reception trays to ensure forms are current.
- Replenishment of staff stationeries (markers, dusters etc)
- Support school events and any duties assigned by school.
Job Requirement:
Qualification
- Minimum GCE “N” level
Other Requirements
- Shall preferably has 2 years of relevant work
experience.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Good customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office
