Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Executive Facilities Manager shall include but not limited to the following:
- To assist the Building Manager and ensure all the contractual obligations of the Service Agreements are fully complied with;
- To oversees the daily operation and facilities maintenance of the Property etc;
- To manage and work with contractors on inspections, service reports, claims;
- To call for quotations from contractors;
- To verify on-going / completed works with contractors;
- To be able to work on off-peak hours/weekends/PH for events/programs/shutdown/maintenance/repair works; and
- To oversees logistics set-up of events (before and/or after events).
Requirements
- Degree in Building Services or Facilities Management or equivalent with at least 3-year relevant working experience with minimum 1 year in supervisory roles in related field.
- Experience in security and event management will be more advantageous.
