Responsibilities :
- To produce and prepare creative artwork work for store POSM, advertising materials, digital, social media, leaflets, showcards and any related Marketing Communication materials required for stores inclusive of official physical stores, eCommerce stores and any H&B channels stores when required.
- To work closely with Marketing Department on creative artwork and to assist in launch campaign projects.
- To assist on visual merchandising and planogram at all stores in Singapore, ie display, collateral placement.
- To work closely with the Marketing team and Training team on price cards / store cards and any other materials that is needed for store usage / placement.
- To assist and to act on any issues pertaining to store display and store POSM placement.
- To assist in packing on visual merchandising display material to ensure timely delivery to stores.
- Creating a monthly store guide, a report on monthly store changes, and other documentation following renovations or the opening of new stores.
- To work closely with the Sales Manager, HQ SI team and local contractor for in-store design and planogram of new stores and newly renovated stores, including all project management and administrative matters, with directions from Marketing team.
- Responsible for yearly store upgrades as well as reinstatement projects.
- Any other ad-hoc assigned.
Requirements:
- 1 year of relevant work experience in Visual Merchandising or Design related role.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
- Experienced with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, any other design software, scheduling, or similar software.
- Prior work experience in Beauty, Skincare, Makeup related industry is an added advantage.
