- Attending to and resolving resident's feedback and/or complaints, including arranging for site inspections.
- Assigning a supervisor to attend joint inspections on reported defects.
- Generating work schedules for subcontractors to rectify defects.
- Liaising with project stakeholders such as subcontractors, HDB, town council, and consultants.
- Drafting and replying to feedback/queries, messaging residents, and maintaining proper documentation and recordings of defects, including hardcopy and online submissions.
- Maintaining and upkeep of the Building Service Centre.
- Performing administrative duties such as recording and filing documents according to ISO standards.
- Any other duties as assigned by a superior.
