Responsibilities:
- Participate in designing solutions that meet functional requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of software development best practices in the areas of coding tools, languages and APIs, as well as software design and development processes.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and software quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Java development.
- Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices (Agile, Scrum).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
