Job Description
- Generate sale leads through internet prospecting, networking and tele-marketing.
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times.
- Maintain database, call list and leads in systems.
- Conduct sales admin jobs and prepare various reports.
- To respond quickly and efficiently to in-coming sales enquires, by telephone, fax and email.
- Sending enquiry to supplier, follow-up with the enquiry status from the supplier
- Prepare quotation to customer
- Processing of orders
- Preparing documentations for packing, delivery and shipment (Invoice, D/O, Packing list, etc)
- To provide other admin support and any other ad-hoc job requirement
- Outgoing and persistent personality
- Excellent phone manner.
- Basic computer skills - Microsoft word / Excel / Power point and etc.
- Good communication skills, outgoing, friendly, hardworking, independent without supervision.
