Customer Service Executive | Logistic Support | Shipping Container | Pasir Panjang
Salary: $1,600 - $2,300
Working Location: Pasir Panjang
Working hours: 5.5 days, 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon - Fri), 8.30am to 12.30pm (Sat)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently. (More to container line)
- Build a strong relationship with customer.
- Communicate and follow-up with customer daily on the status of their shipments or deliveries.
- Ensure customer's requirements are communicated with operations team promptly.
- Communicate and coordinate with superior and warehouse to improve department processes.
- Ensure all emails are to be respond on time.
- Coordination with internal operation team to ensure all information/date provided to them through different system for smooth operations.
- Do reports that required from Superior, training provided.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
- At least 1 year experience in Logistics, Transportation Firm
- Preferably with some shipping procedures knowledge.
