Aerzen Asia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible to drive revenue growth in the South-East Asia region.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company's presence
- Lead and mentor the sales team to maximize performance and achieve sales goals
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to ensure competitive advantage
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering in a recognized institution.
- Proven track record in sales management, with at least 5 years of experience in the industrial sector
- Possess excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Asian market and industry trends will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel regionally as required
