· Overseeing regulatory reporting operations for private banking
· 6 months contract
· Possess 2-4 years of experience in banking operations (ideally in regulatory reporting)
· Experienced in payments, trade finance & credit in banking industry will be considered
· Basic Salary up to $ 5,000
Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee the team's regulatory reporting activities, ensuring adherence to regulations in each APAC jurisdiction (Hong Kong, Singapore, etc.).
· Review regulatory reporting requirements to guarantee completeness, accuracy, and timely submission.
· Assist in testing and analyzing new regulations and changes to existing ones, facilitating smooth implementation.
· Liaise and collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure successful delivery of regulatory reporting changes.
· Identify and escalate any issues or red flags arising during regulatory reporting.
· Participate in reviews of reporting methodologies and implement any required changes.
· Contribute to system enhancement projects and support process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
· Min 2-4 years of experience in banking operations, ideally in regulatory reporting
· Excellent understanding of HKMA / MAS / BaFin / US regulatory requirements
· Good interpersonal and strong problem solving skills
· Ability in adapting to fast-paced environment, working against tight timelines while managing multiple priorities
