To handle all key tendering processes in the marketing department; and to assist the managers in various marketing roles as required for the company’s fleet of vessels.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing commercial related documents such as commercial proposal, vessel pre-mob checklist, summary of contract details to Finance, updating proposal master list.
- Assist in technical/commercial clarifications during tender evaluation.
- Provide administrative support for tendering file management
- Organizing and maintaining an accessible filing system on all related documentation for future traceability.
- Able to manage Databases; creating, maintain and working to update client list, client contacts, proposals.
- Administer contract summaries based on contract details
- Understand contracts and support the managers in contracts administration
- Make cold calls and arrange for meetings with potential clients
- Be up to date with the vessel requirements from Oil majors and Contracting companies.
- Coordinate and work with internal cross-functional departments to support the executive and delivery of projects / to fulfil Contract requirements
CANDIDATE PROFILE / REQUIRED COMPETENCY
- Experienced in tendering processes. Knowledge of offshore support vessels an advantage.
- Experience and knowledge in Offshore Vessel charter party contracts an advantage
- Good in administration, organized and meticulous in fine details
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Positive attitude an essential quality
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / ACCREDITIONS:.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business
- Applicable industry, management, legal certificates and accreditations.
