KEY ROLE(S), RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Lead a team of retail staffs to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Drive and boost sales opportunities to achieve the store sales target
- Motivate sales staff to ensure the sales target are achieved
- Ensure high level of customer service is offered in the store.
- Inventory management through display of products, merchandising, stock take, housekeeping, replenishing, and updating of sales display area
- Supervise, guide and train new retail staff
- Perform staff scheduling and rostering
- Handle customers’ feedback and complains
- Ensure store cleanliness and hygiene at all times
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Area Manager
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years’ experience in a retail leadership role, or equivalent
- Applicants experienced in supervisory operations in the retail industry will be advantageous
