Are you a strategic Marketing leader with a true passion for Innovation? The ASEA Brand & Innovation Head will be joining the regional Leadership team, where you will own all local portfolio growth and brand equity performance by driving excellence in end-to-end, consumer-centric strategies. You will be responsible for mentoring 7 x high-performing Direct Reports across the region, and the opportunity to foster impactful change within the business.

Main responsibilities:

  • Raise the bar on creativity and brand development for the local portfolio within the ASEA market: Brands include Lactacyd, Cenovis, Corbiere, Phosphalugel
  • Win in the market through: Growth via a digital and data-first approach to brand building across the marketing mix, and consumer obsessed insights that leads all innovation, activation and execution strategies
  • Lead and mentor a strong performance culture within the Brand & innovation team and drive transformative change geographically to achieve business, channel and category objectives
  • P&L responsibility, reporting on growth forecasts and delivering into actionable and measurable financials
  • Build trust and working relationships with internal cross-functional partners and external agencies at local, regional and global level

About you

Experience:

  • Global or regional Brand Marketing leader with an excellent track record in FMCG or Consumer Healthcare industries
  • International experience, working outside of own cultural environment, across multiple countries and geographies
  • Proven experience driving organisational transformations and Innovation-led strategies

Soft and technical skills:

  • Leadership skills that inspire high performance
  • Natural influencer, with great communication and relationship building skills

Education:

  • Business or Marketing Degree, an MBA is a plus

Language:

  • Fluent in Verbal and Written English as it is a regional role working with multiple countries where reporting and communication is in English
