Job Requirement:
· Assist in the implementation of IT projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and within established timelines.
· Provide first-level support to end-users, resolving technical issues and inquiries promptly.
· Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
· Assist in the configuration and deployment of hardware and software solutions.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to project implementation
· Maintain accurate records of project-related activities and technical support requests.
· Assist in user training and documentation as needed.
· Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to enhance technical knowledge and skills
Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
· Proven experience in providing IT support or working on IT projects.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Knowledge of hardware and software systems.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work well in a team and independently.
