Requirements:
-Chef with at least 3 years experience in hotpot restaurants
-Well versed with Chong Qing spices and condiments
-Experience in Asian Wok
-Good culinary knowledge and knife skill
-Able to do wood fire grill
-Knowledge in traditional soup bases
-Able to work shifts
-Able to work on weekend and public holidays
