- Scheduling of appointments
- Assist patients with the self registration
- Attend to patients' enquiries and needs
- Handling of phone calls and ad-hoc admin duties
Job Requirements:
- Min GCE N/O Level
- Relevant working experience in Healthcare Industry will be advantageous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and Adaptable
