- Prepare the daily attendance records of staff and workers
- Update staffs and workers movement (medical leave, annual leave, home leave, on course, etc.).
- Update contact lists.
- Manage office cleaner and ensure that office and meeting room is tidy and clean. Proper maintenance of equipment and office facilities
- Arrange driver’s schedule.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Liaise with engineers to handle requests and queries from managers.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Manage phone calls.
- Coordinate and assist in the day to day general administration & operational matters
- Support Administration work for contract team
- Handling and arrange for courier services when needed
- Ensure all documentation and filing done in a proper manner
