VCA Managed Services (VMS) is a critical component of our VCA strategy, providing our clients with the execution muscle they require to enhance performance and increase profitability. VMS brings the ‘best of Visa’ to the clients, playing the role of orchestration layer between client teams and Visa subject matter experts (SMEs). As clients confront increased challenges in their operating environment whilst also facing capacity constraints and capability gaps, VMS helps to drive implementation or delivery of their strategic initiatives, facilitating significant and tangible value creation.
What a VMS Campaign Strategist will do:
The campaign specialist will support the full lifecycle of customer marketing design, creation and delivery. He/she will work closely with our market execution teams and our data science teams in designing and customizing targeted marketing campaigns that will provide their end customers with best-in-class customer experiences.
Key responsibilities:
Support operating teams in defining outcomes from campaign marketing communications
Analyze historical campaign metrics and operating criteria to determine key success elements
Provide thought leadership to execution teams across the lifecycle of a campaign
Identifying the most valuable target segments
Developing the call to action (offer and messaging)
Evaluating the channel mix for delivery to maximize return on investment
Deploying best practice campaign measurement frameworks
Reviewing user journeys for gaps and drop-offs
Develop incremental improvement pilots and MVP’s for digital marketing communications (across email, display, social, website, search, blog etc.)
Playback results and success of campaigns delivered to client, leading to improved customer experiences
Be accustomed to collaborating with a financial institution’s teams to constantly deliver best outcome for customers via marketing comms.
Document processes, key learnings and best practices in artefacts that can be reused across the client’s business.
Guide the preparation of project status updates for stakeholders and leaders
Facilitating workshop sessions and implementation planning sessions with market execution teams
What you will need:
10+ years of relevant experience with banking and fintech organizations with experience in payments or money movement preferred.
Experience in planning and executing campaign communications across multiple media channels including EDM, digital and POS
Experience working with complex granular data and synthesizing it into actionable insights for decision makers
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Experience with a card issuer or an e-commerce marketplace preferred
