Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
Salary: Up to $5000 + VB
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, including bid adjustments, budget allocation, and ad placement.
- Researching and identifying potential leads through various sources such as databases, Linkedin, and industry directories.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales goals and to optimize lead conversion.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, social media, and other channels to generate new leads.
- Assist with initial outreach and qualification of leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and interests.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status for sales team follow up.
- Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies to attract potential customers
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including automated workflows, to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead-generation activities
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Odoo)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
