Responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaigns- Coordination of marketing initiatives, rollout of marketing campaigns, work alongside the design team to produce artwork for campaigns.
- Social Media Management- Create & manage social media calendars, create content, engage with our communities across various social media platforms, and incorporate industry trends into content strategies.
- Content Creation- Have a sharp eye for content creation, utilise Adobe Suite skills, engage in one-day-a-week visits to restaurants for content, and ensure all multimedia content is high quality and consistent to brand standards.
- Website, eDM, email marketing- Assist in creating written and visual content, assist in any copy or content updates required across the GYG website, and report and provide relevant feedback to improve performance.
- Stakeholder Support- Support ongoing relationships with numerous partners, manage GYG listings and content across various third-party sites, provide assets, and create content for partners such as delivery aggregators.
- Guest Experience- Monitor and respond to guests’ comments, feedback, and inquiries, foster a sense of community through engaging and interactive content.
- Analytics and Reporting- Utilise analytics tools to measure the performance of content across different platforms, and provide regular reports on content engagement and suggest improvements.
- General Admin Support- Assist with adhoc project, event support and Marketing team communications as required.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications (diploma and above) in marketing or a related field
- At least 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Extremely high level of written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in G Suite, and willingness to learn other platforms as required
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience in hospitality industry is preferred
