Job Responsibilities:
• Answer telephone calls and take down messages carefully when the needs arise
• Provide full-office administrative support
• Assist team with data entry in the system
• To keep track of pantry & stationery supplies and ensure that orders have been placed in a timely manner.
• Sign for and distribute DHL/Fed Ex/SF packages and arrange for delivery of goods to local and global contacts whenever the need arises
• Manage and organise incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to streamline operations and resolve any issues
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to track and record inventory levels
• Monitor and track shipment progress, providing regular updates to internal teams and customers
• Maintain records of shipping and receiving activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide support to the logistics and admin team in resolving any issues or challenges that may arise
• Keep customer order statuses updated
• Perform all duties assigned with a positive attitude, exercising responsible initiative and diligence
Requirements:
• Prior experience in logistics management and the Major Exporter Scheme (MES)
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, SAP and Biz365
