Responsibilities :
- Prepare, maintain and management of tender documents comprises of BOQ, tender clarifications and unit prices etc.
- Measure of quantities from drawings.
- Obtaining quotation, liaising and negotiate from subcontractors & suppliers.
- Prepare proposal and quotation to customer.
- Manage tender administration and oversee project works.
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
- Project administration and documentation, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts.
- Preparation of monthly progress claims to client
- Prepare / verification / upkeep of project variation work and site instructions.
- Analysis of cost after project completion
- Other quantity surveying related duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Relevant job experience (in construction/renovation field is an advantage)
- Bachelor degree or Diploma in Quantity surveying or relevant
- Min 2 yrs equivalent experience
- Knowledge of software (Microsoft office, autocad..)
