- Provide comprehensive briefs to designer for artwork requirements.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders for event setup arrangements (including logistic partner, setup team, contractors, and mall/event space representatives).
- Prepare and organise event items as required.
- Supporting in stock replenishment and reordering processes.
- Monitoring customer traffic and market trends.
- Analyze customer trends and event data to provide concise summaries.
- Manage and response to customer inquiries and oversee delivery processes as needed.
- Spearheading the development of exclusive closed-door events.
- Providing support in managing quotation requests and inquiries.
- Assisting in inventory managment, including reservation, and tracking for each event.
- Diploma in Sales / Business or related fields
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to be independent, multi-tasking, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to take initiative and responsibility with a positive working attitude
