LVL Music Academy is a premier destination for violin, cello, piano lessons and fine musical instruments and accessories. We take pride in our extensive collection of violins, cellos, and accessories, offering musicians and enthusiasts the finest quality products.

We are looking for a full time Administration & Customer Support to join our team, dedicated to providing top-notch service to our customers. This includes proficiency in prospecting, lead qualification, effective selling techniques, objection handling, deal closure, and meticulous follow-up. We're on the lookout for an individual whose drive and ambitions resonate with ours, someone who will motivate us to continually exceed our boundaries.

2 minutes walk from Chinatown MRT


Requirements

  • This position is only open to Singaporeans and PRs
  • Required to work Sat and Sun
  • Possess an outgoing personality with a genuine enjoyment of engaging with people.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with customers and drive sales.
  • Thorough understanding of customer service principles with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Drive applications such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, with the capacity to quickly learn in-house software and cashiering systems.
  • Punctuality is non-negotiable.
  • Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and displaying pride in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Promoting and selling products and services

• Ensure that every customer who visits the store is acknowledged with a friendly greeting

• Provide assistance and information required to encourage a purchase

• Eager to learn and participate in the company's training programs

• Perform tasks such as unpacking of stock, and other administrative tasks as necessary

• Perform cashiering duties

• Replenish displays to ensure that there is sufficient stock for selling and that visual merchandising is attractive to customers

• Team player

• Fast and efficient in getting the job done in time


Benefits:

Salary increase every few months

5.5 days work per week (1.5 days off, you can choose your weekday off days)
