Main Responsibilities
- Assist Accounting Managers for monthly closing, auditing and so on.
- Handle accounting matters related to one business unit
- Prepares corporate income tax with tax agent
- Supports in electronic approval system user’s enquiries, change request, etc.
- Assist in various audits
- Other ad-hoc duties as required and/or assigned
- Handle/Manage time to time requests from the Managers
- Assume other related supporting roles and duties which may be assigned, including the covering of other Finance & Accounting staff’s duties in her/his absence
Requirement
- A Diploma and/or Degree in Accounting/Finance or Equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Strong working knowledge of accounting/general ledger/book-keeping
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and possess good time management skills
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word/Excel-know V look-up & pivot table)
- Experience in using SAP R3 is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and a good team player
- Able to communicate and work well with people at all levels
- Professional, independent, initiative and hands-on with a high level of commitment to deliver work on time
