Roles & Responsibilities
· To meet Fundraising targets by looking for opportunities to reach and attract potential donors and assist in all marketing and fundraising activities.
· To deliver an effective fundraising pitch to seek out potential new donors, solicit new corporations via networking or cold calling
· Assist to develop and implement a Major Donor Strategy and Individual Donor Strategy to increase fundraising income year on year including regular and legacy giving.
· Research, cultivate and secure corporate partnerships, sponsorships and approach trusts, government agencies and other bodies that could potentially make grants to the association.
· To carry out any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
· Min 5 years’ experience in Sales/Marketing/Fundraising role including a strong understanding of financial planning and budgeting.
· Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/Social Services.
· Goal-oriented with the ability in achieving and exceeding set targets/goals.
· Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills to write proposal and craft campaign.
