Job Responsibilities:
- Installation/ configuration of PABX, cabling
- Troubleshooting fiber cable, cat6 cable and telephone cables
- Provide technical support (onsite and offsite) for our customer
- Toassess, analyse and research technical situations and provide viable alternatives
- Toeffectively perform issue isolation and resolution to minimize downtime
- Tosupport and explain technical concepts to users at various levels of technical proficiency
- Support for all operational aspects of voice and unified communications support including, but not limited to assigning phones, assisting with meeting scheduling and etc
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum GCE O level / Professional Certificate / Diploma in Electrical or Electronicsor equivalent with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Possess own transport will be an added advantage
