Job Information:
Working Hours: Sun to Thur 8.30am to 5.45pm; Alt Sat 8.30am to 12.30pm; Rest Day Friday
Working Location: Alps Avenue (Company Transport:Ang Mo Kio, Bedok, Punggol, Sengkang, Tampines, Tanah Merah.)
Responsibilities :
- Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, overseas agents)
- Receiving import and export airfreight shipments into airport warehouse
- Receiving and checking of all inbound airfreight shipments cleared from the Terminals and transferred by Contractor into airport
- Perform airlines space reservation (via phone, fax, email, etc.)
- Monitoring and following up of import shipment and checking shipment status regularly
Provide input into various internal and departmental reporting mechanism: Monthly reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 working experience in Logistics & Supply Chain / Freight Forwarding
- Good communication skill and customer service oriented preferred.
